REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPANY REGISTRATION IN TURKEY

• The minimum company share capital for a limited liability company in Turkey is 4,000 USD
• At least 25% of the authorized company's share capital must be paid up
• Minimum of two share holders in Turkey company required
• Minimum of one company director required (may be either Turkish or foreigner however foreigners should have a work permit)

• To host an English speaking accountant within the company will cost around € 1,500 per month
• English speaking accountancy firm in Turkey fees would be between €250 - €750 per month

• Virtual office for companies registered in Turkey (includes telephone, fax and mail forwarding facilities): €270 per month payable quarterly in advance plus €745 deposit refundable within 30 days upon termination of your office contract. A one-off fee of €200 is applicable in order to set up this service on your behalf.

HOW TO REGISTER A COMPANY IN TURKEY?

In order to open a company in Turkey, we will require the following:

• 100% of the Turkey company formation cost
• A completed company registration application form
• A copy of each Turkish company's director/shareholder’s passport
• A utility bill copy that is less than three months old
